The Head Office is located in Jisonayili, a suburb of Tamale in the Northern Region. It is about 40 metres from GIGDEV.

CSLD has an office in Wa, the Upper West Regional Capital. It is located on the Controller and Accountant General’s Department Building at the Regional Coordinating Council.
